OLSEN: Kenneth Wayne “Ollie” Olsen passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the age of 75 years. Ollie will lovingly be remembered by his sister Amy (Lloyd) McAlpine, brother Gary and daughter Julie (Greg) and many extended family and friends. A Celebration of Ollie’s Life will be held at Oak Lake Community Hall, 438 N. Railway St., Oak Lake, MB on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Don Sellsted officiating. Interment will follow at Erickson Cemetery at a later date. Donations in memory of Ollie may be made to the Parkinson Society of Manitoba, 414 Westmount Drive, Winnipeg, MB, R2J 1P2 or to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 4B-457-9th Street, Brandon, MB, R7A 4A9.
