WELSH: On September 3rd, 2017, Brenda Lucille Welsh passed away peacefully with her family by her side, at the Assiniboine Centre in Brandon, Manitoba. Brenda was born on November 2nd, 1955 in Winnipeg Manitoba. She will be sadly missed by her son Michael and daughter-in-law Cyndi, daughter Shirley (David), all her grandchildren, who she loved dearly, 6 sisters and her brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews who will all miss her dearly. Brenda was predeceased by her parents Joyce (1999), Jim (2002), brother Bill (2004) and niece Beverly (1976). The family wishes to thank Dr. Smith and the staff in the Palliative Care Unit at the Assiniboine Centre, whose compassion for Brenda and her family through our time of grief was comforting. A graveside funeral will be held for Brenda at the Brandon Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12th, 2017 where Brenda (at her wishes) will be interred with her parents. Donations may be made in memory of Brenda to the Cancer Society and Westman Dreams for Kid’s Foundation.Fly with the angels Brenda.We will miss your presence here on earth,Til’ we meet again.
