YATES: Edward William "Ted" Yates, age 83 years, beloved husband of the late Blythe June Yates and father to Cathy and Mike, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Friday, September 29, 2017. The Ceremony to Celebrate Ted's Life will take place at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Ann Crossland and the Venerable Paul Crossland officiating. A private family interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in memory of Ted may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 415-1st Street, Brandon, Manitoba R7A 2W8. Complete obituary information will follow.
