LERNOWICZ: Rose (Rosa) Margaret Lernowicz passed away suddenly at her home on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the age of 86 years. Rose was born February 1, 1931 in Young, Saskatchewan but was a resident of Brandon, Manitoba for most of her life. She married Bernard Lernowicz on June 16, 1951 and they had 58 happy years together before his passing on July 5, 2009. She will be remembered for her great cooking, her creative sewing skills and her wonderful sense of humour. In later years, she took great joy in the time spent with her great-grandchildren. Rose will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters Linda (Keith) Lukiw and Brenda Lernowicz and her son Garry (Dawn) Lernowicz, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will celebrate Rose’s life in a private Memorial Service at a later date.
