FAAS: Jacobus Pieter "Jake", age 82 years, beloved husband of Marie, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, November 27, 2017. The Celebration of Jake's Life will take place at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. A reception will follow at Memories Chapel.
