ROURKE: Carol Rourke of Brandon, beloved mother of Bob and Sue Horwood, passed away peacefully at her residence, Fairview Personal Care Home, on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the age of 73 years. In keeping with Carol’s wishes, cremation will take place with a private family service to be held.
