HALES: On Monday, January 1, 2018, William "Bill" Frederick Hales, age 85 years, passed away at the Neepawa Hospital. The family will cherish Bill's memory in a private graveside service at a later date. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in memory of Bill may be made to a charity of choice.
