STEWART: Lori Elizabeth Stewart (Draper). Heaven peacefully stole our angel in the early morning of January 17, 2018.  Lori was born November 1, 1963 to John and Sandra Draper in Souris, Manitoba. She lived in Elgin, Manitoba until moving to Brandon at the age of 11. She attended school in Brandon and post-secondary school at Brandon University. After obtaining her degree, Lori moved to Winnipeg to work at Manitoba Adolescent Treatment Center, then went on with employment at Cancer Care Manitoba and Pulford Community Living Services.  Her most recent and treasured employment was with Pollard Bank Note, who treated her like family during her illness. Lori’s greatest pleasure in life was her four children. She was so proud of all their accomplishments, but most importantly, she cherished every memory watching them grow into the loving, caring individuals they are today. Our memory of Lori will never fade as a piece of her heart lives on in each of us. Lori was predeceased by her grandparents Bob and Sis Draper and Jim and Kitty Stevenson, infant brother Deanie, sister-in-law Dainah Draper.  She will be lovingly remembered by her parents John and Sandra Draper, children Blake, Madison, Kaden and Ashton Stewart as well as their father Greg Stewart, sisters Val (Cam) Plante, Sheri (Craig) Mowatt, brother Scott (Bonnie) Draper, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Special lifelong friend Vivian Lynne (Bicknell), and Johnny and Tali, her fur babies. In keeping with Lori’s wishes, she will be laid to rest at a private family gathering.  In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lori may be made to the Humane Society or animal rescue shelter of your choice.
