CARSWELL: Josie, 103 years, beloved wife of the late Wes Carswell, mother of Bev Webber and the late Bob Carswell, passed away in the Souris Personal Care Home on Saturday, February 17, 2018. Funeral arrangements are pending. In memory of Josie, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Souris Personal Care Home.
