KULMAN: Elsie (nee Borkofski). In the early hours of Tuesday, March 13, 2018, after a brief illness, Elsie passed away at the Assiniboine Centre in Brandon, Manitoba, with her children Sharon, Gerry and Shawna by her side. A private graveside service was held at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Elsie may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation for Palliative Care, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba R7A 2B3.
