McKINNON: William Francis “Frank” McKinnon. Frank McKinnon of Ste. Rose du Lac passed away on Wednesday, April 4th, 2018 at the age of 72 years. In accordance with Frank’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a service will be held in Kinosota, MB at a later date.
