RANKIN: On Tuesday, April 10, 2018, Velma Jean Rankin, age 93 years, beloved wife of the late Bruce Rankin, passed away at Fairview Home. The Celebration of Velma's Life will take place at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North, Brandon, on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Barb Jardine officiating. A reception will follow. Interment will take place at Grandview Cemetery at a later date. Donations in memory of Velma may be made to a charity of choice.
