LOWE: It is with heavy hearts the family of William Roger Lowe are sadden to announce the peaceful passing of Roger on Friday, April 13, 2018 at the age of 86 years at the Assiniboine Centre, Brandon, Manitoba. Roger is survived by his wife of 60 years, Norma Irene (Anderson) Lowe. Roger and Norma have four children: sons Paul, Alister, Murray; daughter Janice. An interment will take place at Rosewood Cemetery on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 1:45 p.m. The interment will be followed by a memorial service to celebrate the life of Roger at Knox United Church, 451-18th Street, Brandon, Manitoba on Wednesday, April, 18, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so may make a donation in Roger’s memory to the Knox United Church Memorial Fund, or the Canadian Foodgrains Bank P.O.
