MANSON: On Wednesday, April 11, 2018 our beloved mother, Marge Manson, peacefully passed away in her sleep at her residence, Hillcrest Personal Care Home. Marge’s life began on November 24, 1921 in Shoal Lake, Manitoba. She was born to the late Dr. and Mrs. E.T. Carrothers. Later, the family moved to Brandon. Marge worked as a bank teller in her early adult years. It was at this time that she met Bill Manson and they were married on January 5, 1946. Marge was predeceased by her parents, Eldon and Laura Carrothers, husband Bill Manson, sister Shirley Arnold and brother Jack (Sybil) Carrothers. Marge is survived by her son Craig and his children Grady and Canada (Steve) Monita, daughter Barbara (Dave) McArthur and their children Cory (Diana) Agar and Heidi (Fabio) Sordinelli. She is also survived by five great grandchildren Easton, Aviana, Avery, Brakdon, and Jace. A special thank you to the Hillcrest Staff, especially Christina. A Private Memorial Service has been planned. Donations in memory of Marge may be made to a charity of choice.
