KELM: Shirley Anne Edythe Kelm, born October 23, 1940 passed away on May 22, 2018 at Selkirk, Manitoba. Shirley Anne is survived by her husband Eldon and their children, also siblings Myrtle Wooldridge and Kerry (Irene) Horn. She is the daughter of the late Gordon and Edythe Horn, formerly of Virden, MB. At Shirley’s request, there will be no service.
