RANDALL: Rodney “Rod” James Randall passed away peacefully, with family by his side, at home, on Friday, July 13, 2018 at the age of 64 years. Rod will be lovingly remembered by his wife Colleen; daughter Courtney (Blaine) and their children: Sebastian and Kierston; daughter Lindsey (Rob) and their children: Tianni, Luke, Kaylee and Ethan; as well as his sister Lisa Powell. Rod was a perfectionist when it came to everything he was interested in doing. Rod was always creating something from nothing. He enjoyed dabbling in mechanics, including small engine and bicycle repair as well as radio controlled airplanes. He had a love of music and played the piano and accordion and was self- taught on the guitar. He also enjoyed fishing, sailing and archery as well as visiting with friends and weekly meetings with Gramps. A Celebration of Rod’s Life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332 8th Street, on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., with Kim Lewarne officiating. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rod may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
