GREER: Roy Oliver John Greer, of Rivers, MB, beloved husband of Lorna; father of Cheryl Plaseski (Chris), Judy Tidlund (Bob), Doug Greer (Wanda), Dawn Burt (Clayton), Mark Greer (Melissa), passed away at the Riverdale District Health Centre, Rivers, MB on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 88 years of age. A service to celebrate Roy’s life will be held at the Rivers United Church, Rivers, MB on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with a reception following in the Rivers Legion Hall. Family interment will be held prior at the Rapid City Cemetery. For those so desiring, donations may be made in Roy’s memory to the Little Saskatchewan River Conservation District, Oak River, MB, R0K 1T0; Riverdale Health Centre Palliative Care, Rivers, MB, R0K 1X0; or to a charity of one’s choice.
