CARTER: Lily Carter passed away peacefully, with family by her side, at Valleyview Care Home on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at the age of 81 years. Lily was predeceased by her husband Ronald. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Connie Deprato and sister Jenny Sexton. A private interment will be held at Rosewood Memorial Gardens at a later date.
