MILLS: James “Jim” L. Mills passed away peacefully with family by his side at Rideau Park Personal Care Home on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the age of 99 years. Jim will be lovingly remembered by his wife Marnie and family. A Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held at Riverheights Terrace, 4525 Victoria Ave., Brandon, MB on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. with Arlene Robertson officiating. Interment will be held in the Field of Honour at the Brandon Cemetery at a later date. Donations in memory of Jim may be made to the Commonwealth Air Training Plan Museum, Box 3, Grp. 520, RR#5, Brandon, MB, R7A 5Y5. Complete obituary information to follow.
