JACKSON (BAKER): Frances Elizabeth Jackson passed away peacefully, with family by her side, at Fairview Personal Care Home on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the age of 81 years. A Memorial Service will be held at St. George’s Anglican Church, 1011-5th Street, on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Jonathan Hoskin officiating.
