TYLIPSKI: Frank John Tylipski, the husband of Eva, passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Friday, December 28, 2018. Frank leaves to mourn those most precious to him: his wife Eva; daughter Donna (Paul), as well as grandsons Brolin and Brenden (Kira). The family would like to thank all of those who cared for Frank. A private celebration of Frank’s life will be held at a later date.
