McGREGOR: Marguerite (Micki) Jane passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre at the age of 79 years. Micki was born on May 9, 1939 in Neepawa, MB, to Walter and Evelyn MacDonald. She attended Franklin School and Angus Business College and later worked at the Minnedosa Royal Bank. Micki married the love of her life, Mel, in 1960 and they moved to Brandon with Mel’s job. They had one child, Stacey. While raising Stacey, she volunteered in the Meadows School library for 13 years. Micki is survived by her husband Mel; daughter Stacey Corrigan (Michael); brother-in- law Barry Anderson and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her grand-children: Brayden, Breanne and Marissa; brother Dick; sisters-in-law Verla MacDonald and Marlene Anderson. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
