CAPEL: George A. Capel (1938 – 2018). George passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, December 30, 2018. He was predeceased by his loving wife Winnifred, his parents Florence and George Capel, his sisters: Jean, Joyce, Pearl, Doreen and his nephew Bill. He leaves to mourn sister Rose and many nieces and nephews. A private family service was held on Monday, January 7, 2019. We will fondly remember his laugh, and his quiet tenacity.
