ACKROYD: Margaret Evelyn Ackroyd passed away peacefully at the Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, ON, on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the age of 94 years. Margaret was predeceased by husband Brant and daughter Ellen Kachan. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Jack, Greg, Brian and Susan Slawson. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Margaret may be made to the Odd Fellow and Rebekah Memorial Eye Foundation, Box 132, 4025 Roblin Blvd., Winnipeg, MB, R3R 3V5.
