SHOEMAKER: Vera Margaret Shoemaker passed away peacefully at her residence, Fairview Home, on Friday, March 8, 2019 at the age of 92 years. A Celebration of Vera’s Life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. with Funeral Celebrant, Kim Lewarne, officiating. Interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery. Donations in memory of Vera may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, 1379 Kenaston Blvd., Winnipeg, MB, R3P 2T5.
