CHANDLER: Ann Chandler of Brandon formerly of Russell, Manitoba passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre at the age of 86 years. The funeral service will be held Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the Russell Alliance Church, Russell, Manitoba. Interment to follow in the Harrowby Cemetery.
