SOUTHCOMBE: William “Freezer Bill” Southcombe passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, May 27, 2019 at the age of 67 years. Bill will be lovingly remembered by his wife Debra and children Will (Rosie), Shannon (Robert), and Steven (Tyler), as well as grandchildren Neesa, Liam, Zach, Katie, and Fin.
