DOUGLAS: Jack, 88 years, beloved husband of Donna Douglas, father of Kim, Heather and Bob, passed away in the Souris Health Centre on Saturday, June 22, 2019. Funeral Service will be held at Kowalchuk’s Funeral Chapel, Souris on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. By the family’s request please dress casual. Private interment in the Elgin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, in memory of Jack, donations may be made to Souris Hospital Palliative Care Fund or to the Souris Portable Ultrasound Fund.
