ALVIS: Roy Edwin Alvis, beloved husband of the late Agnes Alvis and beloved dad to Owen and Vernon, died October 13, 2019 at Evergreen Place Personal Care Home, Boissevain, Manitoba at the age of 98 years old. Memorial Service will be held Monday, October 21, 2019 at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, Boissevain, Manitoba at 2:00 p.m. Private interment will take place at Boissevain Cemetery, Boissevain, Manitoba. Donations in memory of Roy may be made to the St. Matthew’s Anglican Church or to a charity of one’s choice.
