HAZLEWOOD: John Raymond (Ray) Hazlewood passed away peacefully, with family by his side, at Fairview Personal Care Home, on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at the age of 87 years. A Memorial Service will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Kim Lewarne officiating. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Flowers are gratefully declined.
