NICKEL: Veronique Paulette Marie, age 67 years, beloved wife of Vern and loving mother to Leanne (Marty) Nickel – Gorchynski and Curtis (Wanita Kulcsar), passed away on Monday, January 6, 2020 at Brandon Regional Health Centre. Prayers will be said at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church, 327-4th Street on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. John Okosun, celebrant. A reception will follow in the St. Augustine’s Parish Square. Donations in memory of Veronique may be made to the Western Manitoba Cancer Centre, 150 McTavish Ave. E.
