COWAN: Art, 87 years, beloved husband of Reta Cowan, father of Kay, Doug, Debi, Jan and Bill, passed away in the Souris Health Centre on Thursday, March 12, 2020. Funeral service will be held at the Centennial Centre, Hartney, Manitoba on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Private interment at a later date. In memory of Art, donations may be made to the Hartney Community Health Centre or to a charity of your choice. Kowalchuk’s Funeral Home, Souris, in care of arrangements.
