EFFLER: Garnet Effler, beloved husband of the late Dorothy Effler of Virden, Manitoba and father of Neil and Gail passed away at Willowview Personal Care Home, Reston, Manitoba Thursday, April 9, 2020 at the age of 95 years. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, a private family interment service will be held at Virden Cemetery.
