It is with great sadness that the family of David Martens Wiebe announces his passing on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at the age of 84.
Dave was born in Grunthal, MB and lived in Manitoba until 1964 when he moved his family to BC. He was in construction all his life and we can see many buildings he was a part of in many parts of BC.
Dave will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Loyann; his children, Allan, Debbie, Lori, Kelly and Tracy; brothers, Jake, Peter, John and Andy; sisters, Hilda and Anne; also his three step-children; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents, his first wife Betty, friend Karen, son-in-law Rick, and daughter-in-law Cheryl.
It was his wish not to have a formal service. We will be placing a memorial bench in Heritage Park in Mission, BC where we can go and be with him.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to Mission Hospice Society.
