Mrs Margaret Dueck-Barkman passed away peacefully at 96 years of age on Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015. She was predeceased by her first husband, Nick Dueck, who passed away on Jan. 21, 1969 and by her second husband, Peter Barkman, who passed away on Nov. 2, 2006.
She is survived by five sons and two daughters, one son-in-law and their families; Peter’s four daughters, two sons, one daughter-in-law and one son-in-law and their families; as well as one brother Emil and Tina Reimer, one sister Martha and Ed Hiebert-Reimer, and one sister-in-law Sara (Aaron) Reimer. She was predeceased by one daughter and by Peter’s one daughter and one son.
A memorial service was held at the Clearbrook M.B. Church, 2719 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford, BC, on Tuesday, Jan. 13 at 11 a.m.
