ROBERTS: Joan (1928-2020). Joan Roberts passed away at her residence on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at the age of 92 years. Joan will be lovingly remembered by her four children and their families: daughter Nancy Jo Wells and granddaughter Lindsay (Jon Muckle); son Carl (Gail) Roberts, granddaughter Christine (Mike Gerardy) and great-grandson Jonas, granddaughter Valerie (Stefan Scheers); son Jack (Brenda) Roberts, granddaughter Angela (Steve Kent) and great-granddaughter Chloe, grandson Bryson Roberts (Onalie) and great-granddaughters Hadley and Brynleigh; and daughter Laurel Roberts. Joan is also survived by her brother Ron Stutt and his son Wayne and sister-in-law Betty Kalbfleish and her son Brad Roberts. Joan was predeceased by her husband Cecil in 2006, her sons-in-law Bill Wakefield and Gordon Wells, sister-in-law Beth Stutt and niece Rhonda Lynn. There will be no ceremony to celebrate Joan's life at this time. Family will gather at a later date to remember her and Cecil and to celebrate the life they shared with us. Donations in memory of Joan may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association, Unit 301–1 Wesley Avenue, Winnipeg MB, R3C 4C6.
