TEALE: Donald "Donnie" Teale passed away suddenly on November 11th, 2020 doing what he loved, hunting with friends. He was 72 years old. He is survived by his loving wife Carol and his sons Chuck (Kortney) and Jason (Jinny), his grandchildren Ethan and Willow and his faithful dog Jake. Don was a pillar in the community and his contributions to the Brandon Wildlife Association are insurmountable. Many knew Don as the first person that they met on their journey into the world of hunting and shooting. He was the chief firearms instructor for the area he taught hunter's safety courses as well. Don was always known as a hard worker and a dependable friend. He was a 22-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces before starting his career at Manitoba Hydro where he worked many years in the Line Maintenance Department. Don will always be remembered for being a good friend, loving father, and a caring husband. He would do anything for his friends and family. He will be greatly missed by one and all. A celebration of Donnies' life will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Don can be made to the Souris Hospital, Box 10, 155 Brindle Ave., Souris, MB, R0K 2C0.
