Victoria was born, raised and educated in Winnipeg and lived here all her life. She was formerly employed with the Federal Government for many years. She was also a long-standing member of Southwood Country Club, where she was a former president of Southwood Business Ladies. In addition, she was a president of the Ladies' Nassau League and won the Ladies' Club Championship. Victoria was a very good golfer and also talented in sewing, knitting, crochet and cooking. And whenever anyone needed help, Victoria was always there. She will be greatly missed, especially by her only daughter, Leslee.
Victoria (Vicki) leaves to mourn her beloved daughter Leslee; her grandchildren, Marc (Gisela), Nabil (Wendy) of Halifax, NS, and Nadine (Stefan) of Munich, Germany and her great-grandchildren, Lenny, Liam, Julia, Adam and Jacob and many nieces and nephews.
No memorial funeral service will be held.
Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in Victoria's name can be made to the Salvation Army. Her family will honour her memory privately at a later date in Halifax, NS.
