I have not seen Stan for a couple of years but that doesn't mean that I had forgotten about him. I would think about him anytime I would turn on a light, because he taught me how to do wiring, anytime I would solder a wire it was Stan that taught me how to do it right, As soon as I started working with him he must have felt sorry for me because he became my mentor, if I needed help he was never too busy, he would draw a picture with a mechanical pencil so it was easy for me to understand. He loved his trains and his Vic 20 computer, anytime he started talking about something he liked you had to gradually sneak away because he loved to share his knowledge and sometimes forgot what time it was. I drove by his old house to look at the fences I helped him with, they are still straight as can be. Like everything he did he did it 100% he was a perfectionist and I tried to learn as much as I could from him. Rest in Peace my friend. - Posted by: Jim Lourie (friend) on: Mar 09, 2021
