BARRY NEIL MCCORMICK
(BLUTO)
November 1, 1947 - April 21, 2021
He was predeceased by his brother Brian; his sister Pat; his mom and dad, Jean and Edward McCormick. He will be sadly and whole heartedly missed and remembered lovingly by all who knew him.
Barry was born in Winnipeg on November 1, 1947, the second youngest of four children. He is survived by his nieces, Susan, Clifford and Jeannie; his great-nieces and nephews, Stephen, Samantha and Jesse; as well as numerous great-great-nieces and nephews, who he was very very fond of.
Barry grew up in Brooklynns in Winnipeg, then moved to the farm in Gunton at the age of 21 years old. There he spent a lot of his time taking after his Mom and Dad, with the gardens and keeping the farm up to par. Mom used to call him the "Workhouse" because anything that needed to be done, Barry did it. Barry was very proud of the ways he took care of his parents and he loved his cat Sabris for 21 years.
A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Stonewall Cemetery.
