TERRANCE DALE BOLTON
May 18, 1962 - May 3, 2021
Terry is survived by his devoted wife Oriana, and his pride and joy his three sons Jesse, Kyle and Devon. He is also survived by his parents Shirley Bolton, Ray Bolton (Cindy), his brother Robert (Bobby) Bolton, his sisters Wendy Shaw, Brenda Boyechko (Wade), and Brittany Kunicki (Peter), and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Terry was a man of hard work, integrity and respect. He grew up in the good old North End where he met his lifelong friend Hugh (Yogi) Doherty at the age of two. His wit and fast-talking ways afforded him many friendships along the way including his cherished friendship with Cheryl Roddick .
He opened up his successful "All In One Hardwood Floors" company and ran it for 25 years. His strong work ethic generated many happy repeat customers.
Terry embraced life with many hobbies. One of his greatest passions was fishing which began at the banks of the Red River and progressed to catching a seven foot Marlin in the Bahamas. Some of his other passions included war memorabilia, old coins, the Winnipeg Jets and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He also enjoyed many trips with friends and families over the years.
Of his many great traits, one of the most admirable was his unique ability to connect with anyone and everyone who was lucky enough to know him. He made many friends from all walks of life because he treated everyone equally and with respect.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Cheryl, Ghasson, Lee and his neighbours, Tanis and Noel.
We wish to thank Andy for the joy of laughter you gave to Terry.
Terry accepted his fate with strength and courage.
RIP Superman

I knew Terry since 2010 or 2011. I first met Tery through kijiji he came to buy some items I had listed. Terry quickly caught the collecting bug for coins and military items from me. Terry helped me start a business as he believed in me and he was a great help. Terry came while my family was on holiday and helped me redo my floors with Andy in my kitchen as I was redoing my entire kitchen as a surprise for my family. I remember Terry bring a super devoted dad he always burned the candle at both ends to make sure to earn a living, take good care of his boys, and have a social life. I can't believe Terry is gone my love to Jesse, Kyle, and my little buddy Devon. Much love to all family too, I'm sorry to hear of the loss of Terry he was s good person. I remember being at the boys nomads games cheering and how I always wondered where Terry got his energy from he was always moving and on the go and always had time for friends, family, even complete strangers. You will be missed by many James Heather, Shaylee, Tamara, Maliyah - Posted by: James (Friend ) on: Jul 04, 2021

Dear Oriana, Shirley, Jesse, Kyle and Devon, Please accept our most sincere condolences on the passing of your dear husband, son and father, Terry. I remember meeting Terry through my cousin, Oriana for the first time some four years ago at the Arness Market just north of Gimli. He had such a genuine and constant smile. He was approachable and could make anyone comfortable and feel at ease. He was so proud of his boys whom I also met at the Market. On most wknds, he could be found fishing on his boat on Lake Winnipeg. Wishing you all peace and strength in your hearts during this difficult time. So sad. I met Terry through all and every Boyechko Reunion, I enjoyed sitting with him and carrying on our usual conversations that seemed to get more speech “impaired” as the night would go on. I’m very saddened by this and will miss you Terry. My condolences to the family. Johnny Stykalo - Posted by: Johnny Stykalo (Friends ) on: May 08, 2021

I had the pleasure of knowing Terry my whole life! Terry was this awesome Dad to 3 amazing young men!! Terry had this great sense of humour and was a loyal friend, we fished together, and fought side by side! He had this easy way of talking up the girls and we even had a disagreement about one of them but that still didn’t put any dents in our friendship! Terry was a true North Ender in every good way! I enjoyed our time together these last few months, watching all the love around you ❤️! I’ll miss you Terry but we’ll meet again and in the meantime find us some good fishing spots in heaven bud!❤️ - Posted by: Hugh Doherty (Lifelong friend ) on: May 08, 2021

I cried when I read of Terry's passing. He was a wonderful person, an amazing and dedicated dad and the BEST flooring guy in Winnipeg. He wasn't just a flooring guy...he was THE flooring guy. He was an artisan. Every time I walk up my stairs, I think of Terry. He will be remembered by so many because he touched the lives of so many. Rest in peace, superman. My condolences to all his family. - Posted by: Jane Waterman (Friend) on: May 08, 2021

I have known Terry for over 20 years and he was always a true professional. Whenever I had a question about floor finishing I would call him. A great guy, who was always generous with his time and knowledge. He was very proud of his sons and we often talked about raising our families. I am sorry to learn of his passing and will miss him.
