Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • I always thought of Mrs. O'Donohoe as a second mother growing up. I have so many happy memories of her. One of the most amusing memories I have is of Mrs. O'Donohoe offering offering my younger sister money if she stopped biting her nails. On our way to school we would stop by and pick up Deirdre. If my sister was with me, Mrs. O'Donohoe would always check in on the progress. There was giggles of amusement from us, as Mrs. O'Donohoe discovered she was still biting her nails. She cared about everyone. This memory always makes me smile. - Posted by: allison kadambi (Deirdre (daughter of Rebei) is my Best friend, ) on: Jun 09, 2021

  • My sincerest condolences for the passing of your wife and mother. I have so many fond memories of Rebie and Brian over for dinner at my Mom’s (Bev Keenan) and the tons of laughter that would ensue. Rebie was such a great friend to my Mom and we always felt blessed to have the O’Donohoe’s in our lives. You could count on them for anything. Rebie was one of the kindest people I knew. Even when my Mom was angry at the world, Rebie remained steadfast and forgiving. She had such a big heart. May she Rest In Peace and may your memories provide you strength. - Posted by: Susan De Luca (Friend daughter of Bev Keenan) on: Jun 06, 2021
