CARRIE LYNN HOMENIUK

After a courageous battle with cancer, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our daughter Carrie Lynn Homeniuk on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Riverview Health Centre, at the age of 47 years.
Carrie will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Presley; parents, Pat and Richard Homeniuk; in-laws, Donna and Jim Ervick; longtime friend Sharon; friend Bill; and numerous family members and close friends.
From baby to adult to angel status, no matter what she had to deal with all we saw was that same beautiful smile.
Carrie had a zest for life. She loved to dance, laugh and live every day of her life in the moment. Carrie enjoyed travelling, visiting various casinos and she loved shopping! She was known for her beautiful smile and her kind heart. There isn't anything she wouldn't do for you in a time of need. When Carrie had to deal with a challenge in her life she tackled it head on and never looked back. Carrie was a very strong woman right up to her last hour.
Carrie was employed at Metal-Tech Industries until just recently. She loved her job and enjoyed going to work every day.
We would like to thank all those who brought food, shared memories and kind words. We are also grateful for the outpouring of love and support from those that visited and the messages of condolences. They filled our hearts with love and memories.
We would also like to thank the Palliative Care staff for at-home assistance and the staff at Riverview Health Centre on the 3E wing for their compassionate care.
In accordance with Carrie's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
