Kelsey Ann Swampy passed away unexpectedly on August 15, 2021, at the young age of 27. Her loss was completely unexpected, and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. Kelsey was born on December 4, 1993 to Ann Adams and the late Philip Swampy in Winnipeg.
Kelsey was predeceased by her dad, her paternal grandparents (Sarah and Ronald Swampy), grandfather CP (Hoot) Adams. She is survived by her mom, Ann Adams, grandmother Shirley Adams, daughters, Kylie, Kree and KC. She also leaves to mourn her brothers, Ronnie and Riley, and their children, Hayden, RJ and Harmony, Perseus, Darius, Ariana, Baby Riley; best friend Denton.
Anyone who knew Kelsey, knew that she was loving, warm, beautiful and kind. She had a smile and laugh that were so infectious that you could not help but laugh or smile with her. Kelsey's family and friends will miss her more than words can say.
Wake services commence on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at the Sagkeeng Roman Catholic Church Hall. The funeral service will follow in the church at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 23, 2021. Pallbearers are Jeremy Swampy, Jared Walker, Steven Pelletier, Nate Swampy, Stavie Dorie, Dalton Adams. Honorary pallbearers are all female cousins and Kaitlyn.
