BUDINSKI: On Tuesday, August 24, 2021, James "Jim" Budinski passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Jim was a kind and decent man who loved his family and took very wonderful care of them. A good husband and father, he leaves behind his wife, Sue and two daughters, Lisa (Murray) Redman and Dayna Budinski (Shane) and grandson Ethan Redman. He enjoyed many summers at the cottage at Clear Lake where he and his friend, Gary Toews and many others had great times at the outdoor kitchen. Fond memories for him were the farewell dinners held at the end of the summer. Everybody would bring food and Jim's specialty was his perogies lovingly made by himself. His perogies were delicious! Jim started working at Yaeger's Furs at a young age and retired as part owner. His family and friends (Frank Szturm) and coffee guys will miss him very much. A private graveside service will be held at Brandon Cemetery Columbarium on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 with Arlene Robertson officiating. Donations in memory of Jim may be made to Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation - Western Manitoba Cancer Centre, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2B3.
Rest in Peace Jimmy.
We Love You.

Our condolences and prayers to Sue and girls. I always remember Jim’s advice he gave to me when I started working out of high school at Yaeger’s Furs “if the job you are doing is not good enough for your mother and wife then it is not good enough for the customer”. I will always remember Jim’s unique laugh. RIP. Bev and Dan Asham - Posted by: Dan Asham (Former coworker ) on: Sep 04, 2021
