DEBORAH (DEBBIE) ANNE BROWN
October 5, 1958 – September 14, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Debbie, at the age of 62.
She is survived by her husband Lorne; daughters, Crystal (Glenn), Sharisse, and grandchildren, Trinity and Ethan. She was predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Catherine Krut, brother Darrel, and sister Joan.
Debbie was born and raised in Selkirk, Manitoba. She worked for TD Bank for 40 years and made many friends along the way.
Debbie enjoyed shopping, spending time with family, watching her grandchildren's hockey games, family fishing trips, and going to Las Vegas with her husband Lorne.
Debbie will always be remembered for her kind heart, generosity, and a laugh that would light up a room. We will forever cherish the wonderful times and the special moments that we shared with her.
The family would like to thank the staff at Health Sciences Centre and the Selkirk Regional Health Centre for their care given to Mom.
A private memorial service will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. and will be livestreamed via the link on her obituary at www.gilbartfuneralhome.com
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.

Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • I am so saddened to learn of Debbie's passing. When I think of her I am reminded of her wonderful smile, her infectious laugh, her relaxed demeanor and the joy that radiated from her. I hesitated when entering the relationship category above, because it wasn't just one relationship. Friend seems to fit best. Debbie was someone who brightened my day whenever I saw her in my office, or when I met her at the TD bank, where she would often tease and joke while effortlessly conducting transactions. She always made my day better and she shared her cheerful mood with everyone. Debbie was among the nicest, kindest and most positive people I have had the good fortune to know. My sincere condolences to Debbie's family. - Posted by: Graham Fuchs (Former physician and friend) on: Oct 12, 2021
