Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • Jason. ..My first little “baby”. Debbie and I both said…that giggle! I remember many things…you loved watching wrestling with your Dad, singing Stomping Toms, Big Joe Mufferaw, Grandma’s perogies.. calling me Hovvy.. Gone too soon, and you will be missed, ❤️ - Posted by: Holly (Auntie) on: Sep 24, 2021

  • I remember Jason and I snitching fresh peas and baby carrots in the garden on the farm. We had a little picnic in the corn rows where we could watch the house in case someone came out. We dug a little hole and put the pea pods and carrot toppings in the hole and covered it up. I don't remember what happened after that but Mom did tell me years later she was hoeing the corn rows and wondered what animal had been in the garden. Didn't take her long to figure out it was the two smallest children in the area. I also remember Jason saying the word "pint" when he tried to pinch us. His giggle never changed over the years. You are gone too soon Jason. Love you and miss you. - Posted by: Laurie Hordesky (Aunt) on: Sep 21, 2021

  • Jason...Caring, Compassionate, and the owner of the most amazing will be missed. - Posted by: Debbie Hordesky (Aunt) on: Sep 21, 2021

  • May you find peace where you are at now. You have left behind your family all of whom will miss you. Your time here with us was too short. I love you my dear brother ❤ - Posted by: Cora Hordesky (Sibling) on: Sep 21, 2021

  • Sometimes brothers can be loud and obnoxious. Jason was just the opposite around us. He would quietly tolerate us at gatherings and you'd often see him chuckle at the absurdity he was witnessing. We bonded over our dislike for sauerkraut and love for mum. He helped us care for her when she was palliative and never complained once. I will always be grateful for the genuine care and concern he had for her. Jason you are loved and will be missed. - Posted by: Candy Burke (step-sister) on: Sep 21, 2021
