  • I am so very sorry to hear of Glenda’s passing. I met Glenda while working at the Grace in the early 1990’s. She was a great friend. We spent a lot of time together in our twenties & thirties. Glenda had such a big heart, for everyone around her. Her quick wit was such a gift. We had a lot of good laughs. We lost touch for a while, but when we reconnected for coffee, it was like we never missed a day. She always spoke of Amber & Ashley with such love. Your mom was a beautiful person. I feel so lucky to have known her. My condolences to Glenda's- parents, sisters, girls and all her friends she considered as family. - Posted by: Isabel (Izzy) Thompson (Friend) on: Dec 18, 2021

  • I am so sorry for your loss. Everyone who knew her will forever feel the void she has left in their lives. I worked with Glenda at Health Sciences Centre and she was so passionate about what she did. She loved her work and was always all in to whatever she did. I will never forget her asking me "have you had your thyroid levels checked lately?" Oh, my I laughed. I asked her "why, have I been a bit cranky lately?" Her reply "Well, you know, you must not be feeling well." She was the best. I am sorry, that we didn't stay in closer contact, still I will miss watching her adventures with Don on Facebook. She adored, Ashley, Amber, Don, her sisters, her parents and the rest of her family. You were very fortunate to have Glenda in your life - Hold her memories close and know that she will be watching over you no matter what you do. - Posted by: Esther Mark (Friend) on: Dec 17, 2021
