ANTONIO BOGDANICH
Antonio passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 95 years.
With deepest sorrow, he will be greatly missed by the love of his life and wife of 68 years, Antonietta, his loving children, Joseph (Brenda), Catherine (Ray), Mary (Daniel), his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Antonio would often say his family was his life. He was a beloved, dedicated and loving Husband, Papa, Nonno, Great-Grandfather, Son, Brother, Cousin, Uncle and Friend, loved and respected by all. His loss will forever be felt and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He was highly respected throughout his working career and as General Manager at Curtis Jewelry in the 1960s, enjoyed travelling, sports, music and laughter and he was a lifelong lover of reading and learning. He proudly served as President of the Italo-Canadian Club in Winnipeg and was involved in the founding of the Folklorama Festival. His million-dollar smile would light up the room and you knew you were in the presence of someone immensely special if you were lucky enough to know him.
Prayers: January 26, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass: January 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Both services will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Burnaby, BC.
