EDWARD (ED) STEFANYSHEN
On February 7, 2022, Ed passed peacefully at the age of 84. He will be remembered by his wife Simone; children Julien (Brenda), Andrea (Megatron), Patty (Jay), Diana, Matthew (Angel), Daniel, and Christina (Nathan), his eight beloved grandchildren and countless other friends and family he found along the way.
Born in Winnipeg, Ed was orphaned at a young age. At 19, he rented a room from Mrs. Bye, he told her that he wouldn't stay long but ended up staying there for 17 years. She became Grandma Bye to Ed's children. At the age of 40, Ed married the love his life Simone. Together they created a family who brought him peace, comfort, happiness, and joy.
There will be no service. A remembrance celebration will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, please tell those you love how much they mean to you and remember to take pictures of yourself with loved ones often.
